RSS is one of the most useful tools out there for moving information around on the web. Recently the concept of “micro-blogging” status updates has become very popular with applications like Facebook, Twitter and Pownce.

The only problem is that it is a pain to update many sites at the same time. It is better to pick one and broadcast RSS to the others. I’m going to show you how to broadcast your Facebook status as RSS.

Facebook, for some reason, makes it very difficult to find the RSS feed for your own posted status updates. After some searching and digging, I was able to find the URL.

cd [directory] The cd command changes your current working directory to the directory you specify.



Example: % cd ~/www/htdocs



DOS Equivalent: cd
pwd The pwd command prints your current (or present) working directory.

Tomorrow (December 10th) is the Last Day to Submit Sessions for DrupalCon DC

The deadline for submitting sessions proposals for DrupalCon DC is tomorrow, December 10. If you'd like to present but haven't yet submitted, please submit your session before midnight! So far, almost 150 session ideas have been submitted and discuss a variety of topics. It's exciting to have such a large and varied pool to select the final sessions from - and to know that we're well on our way to having a high quality conference.

This guide will describe how to add a new theme or module using Zend Studio for Eclipse


To create a new CVS repository connection:

1. Open the CVS perspective by going to Window menu and selecting Open Perspective >> Other >> CVS Repository Exploring.

2. Click the Add CVS Repository button on the view's toolbar -or- right-click within the CVS view and select New >> Repository Location.
The Add CVS Repository dialog will open.

Crooks and Liars is an American liberal blog, which was founded in August of 2004, during the 2004 Presidential election, by John Amato. It was the first video style blog around, starting in a pre-YouTube era. Crooks and Liars has a team of about a dozen volunteers, including administrators, contributors and moderators.   Crooks and Liars has grown immensely since its birth, now averaging  over 230,000 unique visitors per day and over 330,000 page impressions.
